Our pricing is simple....
We make one, Fixed Labour charge for an Engineer to visit your property, diagnose the problem, rectify the fault and bring the machine back to working order.
If parts are required to complete the Repair of your appliance, you would only pay for the part. Payment for special order parts is Non-Refundable and is due at time of order. There is NO extra Labour Charge when we return to fit the part(s) ordered.
All parts are guaranteed in accordance with the Samsung's terms and if the part should fail within 3 months, the part will be replaced free of charge and there will be no charge for calling out or for the Labour. For more details, speak to one of our friendly booking staff.
