Masterfix were brilliant from start to finish. They kept me informed from I first called about my washing machine, via tex. I was informed that the engineer would call me half an hour before he would arrive which he did. The engineer was very polite & friendly. I explained what was wrong with the washer & he sorted it straight away. He cleaned up after himself & put the washer back. I am VERY happy with the service from masterfix & would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Masterfix & GREAT WORK .

Would like to say how impressed I was with your service today, just had an engineer out to my broken Samsung fridge freezer he phoned as promised 20 mins before, arrived promptly fixed the problem easily and left the place clean and tidy. Masterfix engineer just been and fixed my broken Samsung fridge. He explained what was wrong (broken sensor), fitted a new one and left everything clean and tidy.
